Is it possible to put normal spaced wheels on a outlaw that way you increase your stance a bit and get to buy cheaper wheels?

You'd be asking for broken parts!

What would it break? Just seems wierd to me to have to have such inset wheels. Everyone puts offset wheels on otehr quads, so why not put them on a outlaw?

Putting offset wheels on any quad will cause excessive wear and broken parts due to the stress from extra leverage. Take a look at REAL race quads, you will not see offset wheels on them. You will actually see people offsetting the front whees in (4+1) for better handling not offseting out.
