If you have already been to Black Mountain Recreation Park, then you already know how great it is. There are trails for everyone, from east to extreme. All trails are marked according to how difficult they are. The little town of Evarts is ATV friendly, meaning you may ride your ATV to the restaurants, get gas, stores or anyhwere else....as long as you obey the laws. We had our Nation ride here in June and also we broke the world's record for most ATV's in a parade. This was awesome.
The Harlan County Ridge Runners ATV club also provides FREE guides and everyone here will try to see that your visit here will be a happy and enjoyable one..
