Oil clogging air filter

Lately ive noticed that I keep fouling plug,(black colored) and looks like its running to rich. It started after I put on the UNI filter on. If there is too much oil on the air filter will it cause it too clog and run rich?

Also I just picked up an HMF slip on, which jets should i run with a UNI filter?
