Im curious as to what gusset kits are the best. Rath, Bare, or TRM Coatings. Bare has a 16 peice kit. Trm's is 10 and I think rath is 8. You would think the more the better but is there some point where the frame can become too rigid?

Which would be the best way to get it welded in. I would assume TIG but im not welding expert.

Does anyone know what bares guesset kit is made of. I know TRM's is 4130 Chromoly.

I could answer your questiion better if I knew what frame you were doing. All of our gussets kits for each model have a different number of pieces- After all the frame testing we have done some models need more gussets then others- we also don't sell a bunch of extra pieces you don't really need.
Which model are you considering?

How could one be be better then the other? Material there made of or where they positioned. For example TRM coatings uses 4130 Chro-moly. I did however decude to go with the bare being it covers the most areas
