most popular is a +1

cheaper is a stock replacement with bar risers. its all about how much money you want to spend and what your goal is by using an aftermarket stem

I have a +1 Roll Design stem, I need it cus I have a desert tank though. A +1 is better if you stand up a lot, I do and I dont feel even tired if I ride for more than an hour.

You can use taller bars instead of stem. To make a stock stem just as strong if not strong as a aftermarket one all you need to do is take the bars off and look down at the stem and pound a skinny steal tube down the middle of the stem and pound it all the way down and then cut off whats not needed and the stem will never bend cause it gets about X2 stronger then.
