I've been trying to sell this quad and no one will bite. It's immaculate but no one's offering.

Am I offering to much??

U might as well break out the tools and tear it apart...

U should see ur money if u part it out. It is a sweet 400 though

IMO i think ur asking to much. I bet i could get a 450 for that price and it would still be better that your 400. Dont take my advice the wrong way. I think ur quad is awesome but its a little over priced.

i dunno man... its definately a really nice quad but the price might be too steep for most buyers... i'd put it back to stock if your willing to and sell the aftermarket stuff seperately. It takes time to get a good dollar when selling. sadly aftermarket stuff (most of the time) doesn't add much to resale value. basically the buyer is looking at it saying yeah its done up but its still a 2003 used 400ex. i dunno, just trying to help out

tell you what try for 3500.

Your best bet would be to put it back stock then sell it like that, then put all aftermarket parks on ebay.

I think if you went down about 300 or so more people would be interested. But no less than that.

yeah make it all stock...those shcoks and A arms will sell for a pretty penny and most people arnt looking for built up EXs anymore, its all about the 450s right now

Here is the deal.I just saw an ad today from the local Suzuki dealership selling new LTR-450's with a Suzuki e-z up tent, nerf bars and a team Suzuki hat for $5750 out the door with no downpayment and 0% interest for a year.Deals like that flat out KILL used quad sales.I have a '04 450r like new with aftermarket a arms,swinger,shocks,axle,etc.....that I would be lucky to get $4000 for now :(

That is a nice quad but I doubt you could get 4,000 out of it, my friend bought a used 04 450r with lows hours and in brand new condition for 3800 and new 05s were going for 4500

I would agree with the one poster.

Put it back to stock, and sell the aftermarket stuff seperatly.

If you're trying to sell it over the internet , good luck with the price ... but if you're trying hard enough locally , you should have no problem . Like I've said before in other topics , people on the internet want stuff for peanuts and pocket lint .

If I'd have sold my YFZ for the price people on the net said I should sell it for , I'd have ended up with $3500 , instead of the $6500 I sold it for locally .

Yeah I'm pushing it pretty hard locally. I have it in the paper and if no interest comes up soon my dealer's going to let me show it in his showroom for a small fee.

I'm considering sticking stock front shocks back on and asking 3,500$. Anyone think that might work alittle bit better?

Im also goign to throw an ad in two local papers.

If you get desperate, and least pull the suspention set up off and put stock ones on.

I have parted out a quad before and trust me... You dont ALWAYS get a better deal doing it that way.:ermm:

greg keep in mind our dollar is way different even if our dollar is strong as it is. up here it would sell in a flash, but not in the US. and, selling on the internet is a joke. serious buyers CALL you.
