ignition switch placement?

Just wondering where i should put my ignition switch on my 05 since i cant use the stock plastic piece to mount it. I was thinking about grinding down the edge on my hood and mounting under the hood with a zip tie. But i dont really want a zip tie sticking out of my hood. So if anyone knows a good relocation for the switch plz let me know! thanks.

i have mine on the underside of the bars, cant see it unless you are looking for it. it is just zip-tied under the handle bars on the left side.

it doesnt hit the edge of your plastics or anything when your at a full turn?
