Elevation is 892 feet, got an 06 TRX450er putting on a pro circuit Ti-4, leaving airbox on and i have a twin air air filter... Any recommendations on jet size?

take the lid off, that's my recommendation

Pull the lid and use the HRC jets.

since you want to keep the lid on, id suggest at least drilling some 1" holes in it or cutting it like the hrc lid on the 05 kit, 162-168 main, 55 leak, stock or 45 pilot with a crf needle on the third clip...hope that gives ya an idea and helps
