after flying up a huge up hill only to come back down after a quad was stalled at the top, i rolled backwards into a tree at like 20mph. It was only 3 races old too.
RIP
jk...just hit it back a couple times and use it again, its only a grab bar, nothing special lol

you can only bend aluminum once while its cold then if you bend it back it will crack. it would have to be heated up and bent back, even then it wouldnt be right.
any other damage to you or the bike?

you might get it straight, but it won't have the strenght it once did. keep that in mind so you don't hurt anything more expensive next time.

I have one brand new in the box for 55 shipped.
Let me know.
i'm not a fan of PRM. I got a skid plate and the welds cracked and the hole peice that covers the linkage cracked off. And I dont even ride xc. I just use it when im messing around in a feild or something.

Im complete opposite.....PRM skids have been as Relaiable as anything, even my bumper(s) and Grab Bar have been tested greatly and still stand strong...PRM makes Awesome products ill proudly stand w\ that:D

LOL i know!
I am serious about them cracking at the welds. my brother went through 3 of them all with the same problem. they cracked right down the middle of the weld where the round tube connects to the flat mount. im not sure but i suspect ac had an issue with a welder. none of ours were wrecked.
codys hasnt done it yet, if it does it will go in the ac pile in the corner:p

I'm pretty happy with my Bumper, Nerfs, Skids and So Far my grab bar all from AC. That grab bar that bend was probably about 6 years old or so...but, oh well, I have a new one and it looks nice.

i have the small normal sized DG grab bar but I dont like it. Especialy when two people are trying to pick the rear up at the same time, it doesnt work. I will find out today if my friend was able to fix it.
