416ex vs. 400ex

how much of a difference would there be between a stock 400ex and a 416 with a fatboy4 and k@n air filter

like how much faster would the 416 be in a drag (like how many bike lenghts)

o and what if you added cams on with the 416

don't quote me on this but the 416 i would expect to be faster....i get whooped when i race 440's with my 400...but thats different....but u would prolly get beat by bout 4bike lengths

not much power difference(prolly not even noticeable) unless you go with a higher compression piston and then if you want more power get a stg 2 cam and you will be pretty fast then

I have a very mild 416ex set-up. I run pump gas with a JE piston TC XC Cam and vavles and stuff. Otherwise stock.

I raced some stock adn piped 400s and I noticed I had alot more get up and go. Top speed was about the same. I was a little faster.

We also raced at teh dunes. Wet stuff. I pulled about 6 quad links by 4th gear. I even beat some 450s while i was there.
