does anyone know how to wire a trailer harness for a dakota. i need to know by saturday. please help

Most newer trucks and suv's have a connection under the rear bumper for trailer lights. Unplug the plug, add the "T" connector and let it rip. SO much better than cutting into wires.

no fuses, the trucks wires under the bumper are already run from a fuse, if all you need is a 4 pin or a T conector its really easy if you need 7 pin there will be a piece of tape on the wires that tells what each is for and the 7 pin conector should come with a drawing, you just have to match them up........but the color for the truck and the trailer wont match but you can match them up with the drawings. UNLESS you have seperate wires for signals and brakes on the truvk then you need a conector to run them together.......just went through all of this over the last week or so.
