I have a 87 R bored 20 over with a paul turner race pipe, fat boy silencer, and no air box lid. Does anyone have a idea of what main jet and pilot jet I should be running? I have to have the idle screwed all the way out to get the bike to idle right now. The needle clip is in the third slot, 150 main, and 48 pilot this is how it was when I got it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The plug I took out was fouled wet and black. I havent had a chance to check my new plug. I just thought the main seemed small for having a pipe. Stock is 152 main I'm running a 150 main.

drop down to a 45 pilot.........if you fouled your plug while letting it idle, then you need to change the pilot. The main jet has nothing to do with the motor at idle.........
