I just rebulit my motor on a 2001 400ex and i broke it in and rode it around the yard. I never got on it or anything like that. I let it cool down and i checkes the valves in itr and when my dad put the whit peice in that goes in between the top of the motor and the gas tank. He broke the intake tube that runs from the carb to the head. Would this keed it from starting. I have checked all the wire they are all hooked up and it has spark but it looks alittle weak. But would that intake peice keep it from sucking gas into the motor and starting? Sorry it is so long im just trying to explain it if you have any questions or suggestion feel free to comment. Thanks
