i know pretty much everyone in nj heard about this...but doest ne one know the probability of the drivers licence age goin to 18 in 2007?

one of my friends told me it was from 1992 and on dont get there pervisional until there 18

idk my mom was talkin 2 a cop and he was sayin 91 and on.....but i dont understand y....cuz lik nj is 1 of the states that gives ure licence the latest

Yeah I heard 91 as well, but i also know other people who said it wasnt true. So who knows
