06 fenders on 04

the gas tanks are a little bigger I think and the 2006 are plastic and i think the 04 and now are they metal gas tank

04,05, and 06 all have the same plastic tanks and the same fenders. the only thing that might be different is the headlight mounting brackets.

actually the rear fenders on the 06 are different than 04and05. the 06 has vents under the seat. The hoods, headlight and light mounts are also different on the 06. they might fit the 04 frame but the 06 gas tank and front fenders have different part numbers than the 04 stuff
