88 4 Trax hood?

Can a 88 TRX250R hood go on a 86?? is there much modification to do so?
Oh found the hood seems that it will fit, any chance of using the parts from the stock 86 lights to mount, or what do I need?

Absolutely, depending on what plastic you have. On 86 front plastic, all you have to do is cut notches for the tab on the hood. On 88/89 plastic, just mount it. ON Maiers, it should just mount in or you may have to cut notches as well.

I use to run a 86 hood on my 89 for racing so yes it will fit
