This has nothing at all to do with the tread, but this is Hunter Hewitts truck, and it's most sickness.

You can't beat a fully shaved dime. Other than the color and the license plate I really like that truck.

xtullyx16 - it is hard to get the 4.3 to sound really good. I've heard many that had aftermarket exhaust and only a few that sounded good. As far as rims I am not a fan of laying out on 20's or 22's but rather a nice set of 17's or 18's would look awesome. A simple 5 spoke design can't be beat.

To make the 4.3 sound good..in my opinion...you'd need headers, duals, and some flowmasters. But I don't know if you're into the loud stuff or not. I've price checked all of them and you'd spend probaly about...230 for the headers, another 100 for the duals (if you put them together yourself and not pay someone to do it), and flowmasters have different price ranges for what sound you want. You'd probably end up paying 500-600 dollars on the exhaust alone.

Dont put a body kit on it. Either lower it or save up a bit of money and buy bags. Once you drop it youll always wish you were a bit lower, so Id say just save for bags. check out s10forum.com and ask over there.
