I am 5'10" and way 215lbs, I ride a 400ex with a FMF silencer and a hotshots stage 1 cam, and soon to be a 13tooth front sprocket. I need to now how to set my stock suspension up for short track jumping. I know it would be Ideal to get aftermarket suspension but i am a broke *** after buying the quad and the 184$ Tag handle bar set up i had to buy this weekend after landing so hard it bent my stock bars. I checked the stem and the tire rods all are good but bent the **** out of my bars, didnt crash and still rode the rest of the day. Any way some help would be cool on what notches the front shocks should be on and how many turns from what direction the rebound screw should be turned and how many turns the spring compressor should be set at.Thanks for your help.....
