I have a 93 doing the same thing, think it's the cdi, you might want to try that on yours, it'll sell faster if it runs. jmo

Well i figured out what the problem is.Something in the lower end shreded.So i am parting it out
Renthal Bars with new grips and donuts and bar ends-$35
