runing to hot?

well im going to instal the curtis sparks adv timeing key in my 400ex and im worried about it runing to hot any sug on how to help it run cooler? thanxs steve

air sccoops would help, but i will tell u that i could not tell the diff in heat between the stocker and it with the key installed. u will be fine.

I wouldnt do it simply because you already have an aftermarket rev box that advances the timing. Theres a good chance of over advancement.
