shock setup for worcs

anyone know what the best suspenion for the worcs series is.
for an 05 450r. what a arms +2 +3 what shocks long travel? zps? what swing arm +1.25? what rear linkage? any help

Hi Josh,
I think your gonna get ALOT of different opinions on what everyone likes and dislikes, I can only speak of what we have

first of all,what part of Utah are you ??We will be racing there next year :)
We run ARS-FX.We chose this set up for ground clearance for trails and yet this is a MX set up . I have nothing but Praise on this set up it simply ROCKS! They are also based out of Logan Utah

I would stick to nothing over +2 I have +3 on my EX and its almost too wide unless I run a 4/1 offset wheel. We also use ARS-FX linkage and run a LT shock.
