Hopefully most of you have at least heard of SEQuads (www.SEQuads.com). If not, it's a regional series that runs in the Southeastern US, mostly around Alabama and Georgia, but with hopes of expanding.
The organization is only a little over two years old and has seen decent growth up until the last few races. We blame this decline in riders on high gas prices and various other small problems.
We are in jeopardy of losing what we have worked so hard for if the numbers do not pick up drastically over the next few races. It has become an issue of the tracks losing money due to the low turnout. We don't blame the tracks. They're a business, too.
Our next race will be at Monster Mountain in Tallassee, AL. This track's reputation speaks for itself among most riders. The facility is top notch and we expect some great racing.
We would like this race to be our biggest event of the year and think that the timing is just right for such an event. If you want to help out a great series and participate in a great race on an amazing track, please come out and join us.
