cool heads

I have an '86 250R with the engine pretty much stock, but reliable. I'd like to shine it up a little with colored billet parts and things like: pro design cool head and a mag cover.

Can anyone recommend where to get these parts, new if possible but used would be OK? Also, can you give any advice on how to swap parts? I'm a novice.

Any help would be appreciated.
