ok this is really makin me me i cant find out how to put a pic under my name!!! can anybody help me out, im prolly a dumb***** for askin but i cant figuer it out

go to user cp, then edit profile, go to the bottom where it says avatar, click browse and find the file you want to go under your picture. hit ok and save changes. The file will have to be, I THINK, 65 pixels by 65 pixels...

put your pic in paint, go to image, stretch/skew and cut it back by 50% at a time till its 65x65 or lower.
then browse in the user cp, then upload it.
