Tire Pressure

Just wondering what you guys run for tire pressure and what you recomend? I have a 400ex with th stock tires on it and the type of riding I do is cross country through wooded trails, open fields, etc.

stock tire pressure is 4 +-.6

When I race I like to have a slightly lower air pressure in my tires like 4-6 psi. But when I go in the woods I pump'em up. For one I think they don't det as toren up and I would rather blow a bead on a race track than 5 miles in the woods.

With the stock radials, run about 7psi to help prevent flats.

when running holeshots is it better to have alot of air or less??? i do xc and gravel pits and roads. no mx though. and my friend that races mx keeps his tires to where u cant even make em give any cuz they got soo much air in em

run 5psi in XC's

I ran 8 in the front and 9 in the rear . with my sharks i run 8 in the front(stock tires) and 6 in the rear (sharks)
