Ok I installed a 450r carb I was wondering what i need to do with the hole for the hot start cable. In the picture posted there is a cable coming out but in my carb there is a hole there with some weird brass looking deal in there. I want to know if I need to plug it or just leave it be.

Plug it. Silicone or a rubber vacuum plug (found at auto parts stores) or whatever you can rig up that will seal it off.
