Do you need to revalve your back shock for a +1 1/4in swingarm?
Also How many people have them and are they really neccessary?

I would think if you just stiffen the shock up a bit, you'd be set, but I don't know for sure....

Rico said when Chris29 got his Houser +1-1/4 Swingarm he did not Revalve it and has had no problems it was just fine. Actually Rico got his Swingarm now and I don`t think he Rebuilt his either. Just give it some more Compression if needed.

I had a full blown racing Axis shock on the rear and got the 1.00" over swingarm and within 4 months broke it in half.

I HIGHLY suggest the revalve. As they say, pay now, or pay alot more later.:D

I have a lonestar swingarm and Axis shock and the +1 setup is like night and day it just handles awsome with the +1. It helps keep the front wheels on the ground and just carves. When I got mine I did revalve because I just figured that you have moreleverage so for the big jumps you are going to need those extra clicks to help soak up the blow. Anyways though if you ask me the +1 is the way to go but heck what do I know.:p

+1 is the way to go. Never did understand why anyone like the 1.25", I can only assume it is because they havent rode with just 1" over. 1" over is plenty.

the reason they make it plus 1 1/4 i think is to make it the same length as the 250r.
