Need some help quick

If anybody has a shop manual for an '06 450R, could you please give me torque specs for the cam carrier, cam sprocket bolts, and cam cover?

your 4 cam shaft holder bolts - 10 ft lbs timing gear bolts- 14ft lbs and the valve cover is 7 ft lbs. Hope this helps
