Well I got me a lonestar frame about 4 months ago, bought all the rest of the parts to complete her.Sent out the motor to "Protec"got the crf ported, polished higher compression piston, new valves basically freshened her up..All new powdercoating...and this is what I ended up with,,,,,

I see you have a YZ 400EX hybrid in the back, what quad do you think turned out better the CRF or the YZ ?

Well considering I do not have that much sitting time on the crf.I feel the crf for some reason is easier to ride and handle..I feel the yz450 has alot of power from the git go.But i feel like I really have to work with the yz.The crf feels fast *** hell also but I feel like i dont have to put that much of effort to ride that motor..Maybe its just me talking gibberish, but thats what i feel is the diffrence between the 2..

I rode at ki's track a few times,Its alright I havent been there though w/the super cross track though. The original track is way to smushed..Its definately better for the dirt bikes,(my opinion)
Joliet is a cool,to me that place is badd luck,I love the track but when ever we go there someone always gets seriously hurt..Other than that its sweet..lol

I figured it would. It is a cool looking box though. I always used a stock 400ex and cut all the mounts off and mounted it as high up in the subframe as I could. This kinda helped out with the airboot comming over the frame rail also. I like LSR's no-link airbox.

figair
09-12-2006, 09:51 PM
I gonna keep riding it,and see what happens..But those LSR no link boxes are sweet..Well see what happens,I might have to look into getting the LSR.......Have you ever sold that yellow LSR hybrid you got...Or should I ask have you gotten or built any other badd boys hybrids?:D
