two of my friends have sti's and i have never heard it whistle liek that after he lets off the throttle and after the BOV discharges and it doesnt seem to have the STI speed either

looks like this guy could get alot more use out of a 400ex then a sti atv.Guy doesnt even romp on it at all.
I bet this thing would kill in the pikes peak or a similar race where it would get to actually use the gears instead of putting around in 2nd :o

two of your friends have sti's and you don't know what a blow off valve is? that is the pressure from the turbo releasing thru a valve called a blow off valve. it prevents too much pressure from building up inside the motor. completely normal. those roads/signs/vehicles look like a european country. or maybe austrailia or new zealand. there is a race in NZ just like the pikes peak and i bet that is why they built that quad.

Notice the wheelie abrs ont he back of it, i don't think he was opening it up at all. i would love to see what that thin can do once it hits the high RPM's

i know what a BOV is its just after it discharges it makes the typical BOV swoosh sound like it should and then it continues to whistle ya know what i mean

Annoying??? LOL I love the sounds of a turbo. All my friends have diesel trucks and I love the sound. I want a supercharger for my Ranger lol.
