02 CBR 600 F4i Electrical Problem

Anyone ever have any problem with an 02 CBR 600 F4i, tip over sensor or key switch. My fuel pump will not prime unless I take the headlight fuse out. Then it will prime and crank. No melted wires or coroded grounds, everything is clean. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark

My suggestion:

Buy a manual and use a multimeter. Or post on a sportbike specific website where you might have more luck?

sounds like your f-pump relay is bad for kicks and gigles put a battry charger on it and try it again? if works check your battry for bad cell?
