This weekend i was out practicing and everything was running well, then i was unable to get into 1st gear at all, well i kept riding and eventually i was able to get back into first. After riding for a while i completly lost the ability to shift up or down, the 450 was stuck in a netural gear and lost the ability to move at all (without me pushing it).
I was just wondering if anyone knew exactly what could be wrong?
I will be ripping everything apart tonight and hopefully get into the tranny by tomorrow evening. It is an 04 450r and has had sometime on it now, so i am thinking it could be just wear on the shifting mechanism.
