I am running that very setup with a stock length stem and the 3/4" adapter risers for fat bars.

I'm running mini high bend Fly fat bars and they are absolutely PERFECT! No more slouching over the bars and killing the lower back  :D

Another good bend to use is the CR double high bend. It is around the same height as the mini high bend but longer overall in width from end to end. Get this bend if you are of larger stature, go with the mini high's if you are medium to smaller in size (won't stretch your arms out as much with a narrower bar).

While many "ATV" bends have the height you are looking for, most have way to much sweep back and just plain suck to ride with standing up. Leave those bends to the weekend warriors...

Here's what I was running before: TAG T2 in SX bend ( a little too low, a little too wide for me)

Here's the new Fly's in mini high..less wide, higher up, much better!

You can get the fatbar adapters just about anywhere they are also known as "universal clamps". RockymountainATV, Dennis Kirk, and I even think C&D racing the site sponsor could get you some.

The bars are also just as easy to find but I went through Hoppkeracing.com and special ordered a gunmetal set.

You can't go wrong with Pro Taper, Renthal, TAG, FLY, and Trailtech to name a few reputable companies
