We just got our Typhoon 90 two days ago and does anyone know the easy way to install the pin to get fourth gear? It looks as though you have to remove the clutch and drive gear to get to the cog wheel where you install the pin. If I am making this to difficult any help would be appreciated. Also the bike stumbles if you mash on the gas from a dead stop. It doesn't seam as bad if you are moving I am not sure if this is jetting or needle clip position or what. Other than these two issues and the left heal gaurd I think you get alot of machine for the money. Dual a-arms and shocks for our kasea are almost as much as we paid for the whole machine.

you really need to get your dealer to istalll the 4th gear. not real hard but not real easy either, you also have to have a special tool to take off the clutch hub. if you get the tool and want to try it yourself i'll try to walk you through it, i have done 3 so far.

Where do you get tool to remove hub? Would like to try to do all of the work myself and learn as I go.

I just picked my 90 up today for my son. They told me the carb is to big. They are making a change to a smaller one. That is why it spotters untill you get the rpm's up. Thats what I was told :D
