got the frame back from stripping, and started welding on this sucker tonight. you almost broke the entire frame in half at the left footpeg. I think i can gusset it so you wont have any more issues.

hey pap, got another question i got a burgard stem and i wanted to ask u a few questions about it.

on mine down at the bottom where the nut goes on to secure it to the frame, theres no cotter pin hole on the bottom, i know on nicks ther is? should i be concerned about that? is there a special locking type nut i can buy for it?

also you got ne fatbar clamps laying around for a burgard stem?

As far as I know, no burgard stems have a hole for a cotter pin, but use nyloc nuts instead

I finished welding your frame up tonight and gusseted it. both frame tubes were snapped at the footpegs. she will be done by this weekend

also i got everything else, everything looks good, minus one of the brackets on the frame it got bent a tad and has some pc taken off of it, but its all good.

they could survive a nuclear bomb, but not a 10ft drop.

the fragile sticker on it didnt help much at all.
