CDI rev box question

so after purchasing the 450r, i immediately began looking for the upgrade path i would take. I've come across several companies that sell replacement CDI boxes with higher rev limits. Now, I know that you can only rev a motor so high (i have reasonable mechanical knowledge of modded Honda cars), but was is the upper limit on these machines? I've seen boxes that go as high as 1750 over stock, and I see that the HRC kit only bumps it 150...so it' makes me wonder how far over can I go w/o scattering the guts? Anyone with any insight please feel free to share.

if I remember the hrc will give you 700-900 increse but if you want to drop the cash call sparks they have the dyna egnition with there own program for it

looks like sparks is going 1000 over. I may have to spring for that when the time comes...and their exhaust is awesome also. it was recommended to me by a local engine builder.

You can't go wrong with Sparks, IMHO. ;)
