paint

what type of paint could i use to paint my frame and/or plastic on my bike if i decided to do paint it myself?

I used a chroma base automotive paint matched to my graphics. It's not the easiest to spray because it dries so quickly but looks sweet when clear coated.

Everyone will tell you not to bother painting it but I've seen the results on a friends bike and it looks good after a year of riding.
