It is a stock '05 TRX450R frame that has had the upper frame rails by the motor mounts strengthened so it doesn't crack, like so many do. It was a replacement frame bought directly from Honda, and never had the VIN# stamped into it.

It doesn't have an MSO, but you can apply for a title in your state since there is no VIN#. You can apply for a builder's title or a salvage title, and name your own price when they want to determine the value for registration.

That's the beauty of it. Save money on tax and registration fees.

I was leaning toward a ski boat though.

Im thinking around 6,000.00. It is loaded I just put a new garmin fish finder on the front 2 live wells lots of storage the mercury is a 150 black max with a trophy 4 blade prop everything works it is very fast.

I was looking for a mx ready trx 450r but the quad you have is nice. Let me know

The wife doesn't want a pop up, so I guess I'm looking for a hard shell (bumper pull only). There's no way that I'm installing a 5th wheel hitch in my truck.

It wasn't rebuilt. This quad was put together piece by piece. There's few parts on it that were used. Most of it is brand new OEM, or barely used OEM. I was picky on selecting what got put on the quad and what didn't. That's why it looks brand new.

Technically, it's still available.

How would you want to do the deal?

What carrier would you be planning to make shipping arrangements with?

I'm in the process of coming up with a title for it so it can be registered, for all the people that have concerns about that.

It's not a done deal, but I'm working on it. It will be a clean and clear title so the frame can be registered. I won't stamp it into the frame, just in case someone wants to do something different with it.

After numerous questions regarding how many hours the engine had on it, I got curious and decided to do a full top end refresh on it.

I completed it on 10/30/06.

It's got brand new:

Cylinder
Piston (rings, clips, and pin)
All top end gaskets
Cam gear bolts

It still runs great (maybe a tad lean on the bottom end, but I'll get that straightened out).

This top end refreshing will not be added to the price.

It's still $3900, or I'll split shipping with you, up to $250.

I can go either way on that one, but if I had to, I'd rather keep all other components with the engine (harness, CDI, rectifier, radiator, exhaust, oil cooler, carb, coil/plug).

That would leave you a roller minus engine.

Crank was tight and well within spec. No gaulding on top rod piston pin bore.

Depending on where you are in Louisiana, I could meet you part way to cut down on shipping costs.

For the engine, carb, oil cooler, harness, CDI, rectifier, condensor, shifter, kicker, coil & plug wire... $1400 + shipping (~$75 - $100).

Harness, coil, plug wire, rectifier, and kicker are all brand new.

Need the mounts & bolts, radiator & fan too (add $125, it's a brand new radiator)?
