I would guess mid-high 40's though I don't have any dyno charts to prove it. It is one of the better mods you can do you your bike for sure. With the HRC kit, modifed endpice, and the skeleton cut out on the airfilter (Running a slightly large main than HRC componets), I could consistently outrun my buddies 06 (Set up identically otherwise) with full Yoshi exhaust, a K&N filter and a rev box by at least 3 bikes. Various riders tried both bikes, but the results were all the same.

I dont no how much hp I was getting but it feels alot faster than any other quad at the start and even long runs lol but they are good to have if you want alot of power without voiding your warrenty if you have it

Not without a 14:1 piston, porting work, and a good airfilter settup.

Sigh....

The fact that you have an 06' with a "Racing HRC full kit included head pipe" is actually hurting your credibility in my eyes. Why? Because frankly, it sounds like you're are very proud of your machine (as you should be) and want it to be the best, most powerful machine there ever was. That blinds you from being objective. If I'm way off on that--then fine. But what makes you think your quad makes 50hp?

"...pretty darn sure..." doesn't cut it. I've seen plenty of 06' 450r dyno runs and they don't back up what you're saying.

Not bashing, just stating what I believe based on evidence, not what I want to believe.

well what I really no is that I was racing a banshee with 55 hp on the wheels and that what he said but I just kept up to him then I started pulling him away at top end

we have dynoed a few 450r a lot of diff. ways the 04 05 with the hrc kit at the wheels make around 43 to 45 the 06 07 with the same kit make around 46 to 48 but the head on the 05 04 flow more when ported on as of right now they are getting more rwhp on the older ones when done up with a ported head the carb on the 06 07 is worth some hp when it is done up you can see as much as 3 hp that has been what we have found all numbers have been on a dyno-jet dyno thanks

Time for a dyno graph.

Credit to "kiils,"....this is his machine and dyno graph.

Specs:
FULL Rossier Pipe
Hot Cams Stage 2 Cam
K&N Filter
Open Airbox Lid
Custom crankcase filter
jetting: 50 slow, 175 main

Soo...thats only 47hp with a BETTER setup than an HRC kit on an 06' ER. Hot Cams Stage 2 makes better power than the HRC cam. This dyno shows a FULL pipe, not just a headpipe and stock muffler. And this guy has a high flow k&n air filter with richer than "hrc" jetting.

Sorry guys, you MIGHT have 50hp at the crank, but nowhere near it at the rear wheels.
