what exactly are you wanting? I'm at work right now, but I have a repair manual at home and can look it up for you.
I have a 97 300 EX and i'm having a problem when i just hit the gas it's fine but when i hold the gas the motor breaks up, but it idles fine. All i did to the motor was put new rings in it now this problem start. Any help would be thankful.

It Is Mechanically Timed..... (No Distributer To Turn & Time It) The Only Way It Could Be Off Is If You Took Out The Cam (Which It Sounds Like You Did) Or If The Cam Chain Jumped A Tooth Or 2.. The Only Way To Check It Is To Take Off The Valve Cover Get The Motor At TDC & See If The Marks Are Lined Up On The Cam Gear
