can u just drop it in like it says or do i need tp upgrade other stuff? any1 runing one of these now? wondering how much of a diff it makes on a 400ex thanxs

Yes, you can.

But your flow is going to change.. so a carb rejet will be required.
You'll also have to adjust the valve to rocker clearances to his specs.
