What are the benefits, if any, of carbon fiber reeds?

i could be wrong but from what i always heard is that a cf reed will add to the top end power becouse how stiff it is. as a thin reed will add more power down low. i think it all has to do with where and when the reed opens. maybe some one can add to this ...

thats my choice rad valve with stife reeds but a little more harder to get jeted right

i love the rad valve but dislike the c/f reeds. i run the fiber reeds for the rad valve.

Same here, those c/f reeds wont last as long as the fiberglass.
The fiberglass 2 stage replacement reeds for the Rad Valve is a # RL-19.
