differences between 350x and 400ex motor?

Can anyone tell me what the differences and maybe similarities between a 350x motor and 400ex motor? i've got my 350RX all torn down right now and thought about puting a 400ex motor in it instead of the 350x. I'd like the reverse and electric start. if anyone has any info on this let me know.

nope just that you'll be buying a practically new 400 motor, they didn't have reverse til 05'

ok anyone else have any idea? like would the motor mounts be the same....does the motor sit any higher or lower than the 350x.

motor mounts are different then the 400 i beilieve the 350x motor is a 1 or 2 inches taller..............
