9/24 District 15 Race...Whos Going?

Whos all going to the Culver race? Isn't it the State race? I have another question what is the diffrence between a regular race and a state race? This race is still starting at 2pm correct?

I will be there with a Red 400ex with a red Frame. Also a Blue all stock YFZ. Me Vehicle will be a Blue 4x4 Ranger.

I am brining a friend. It will be his first race. He is a crazy kid so we will see what happends:confused:

Dont count on too many GNCC racers there .... i wont be .... 12 hr drive from NY GNCC puts me there anywhere from 5 - 8 in the morning depending on what time i would happen to leave ....

:( Sorry to hear you won't make it Shaft. I was looking forward to running against you. Goodluck in NY though. Hopefully we have good weather and a good turnout. The difference between a normal race and the state race is that the state race is double points.

I'm not sure the best route from Indianapolis, but the race is in near Culver in the northern part of the state.

Head North out of Culver on S.R. 17. Go past Burr Oak and turn right on S.R. 8. The entrance is half mile or so down S.R. 8 on the right.

1. Starting in INDIANAPOLIS, IN on N MERIDIAN ST - go 18.6 mi
2. N MERIDIAN ST becomes US-31 NORTH - go 87.3 mi
3. Turn on STATE ROAD 10[IN-10] - go 0.4 mi
4. Continue to follow IN-10 - go 8.6 mi
5. Turn on LAKE SHORE DR - go 0.8 mi
6. Turn on N PLYMOUTH ST - go < 0.1 mi
7. Arrive at the center of CULVER, IN

I thought it was a very fun track. I wish they would bring back Ligonier. I liked that track really well.
