stock 400ex carb

Hey guys, I am going to be rebuilding my top end and i was wondering if there are any threads here that can help me to modify my stock carb. I know that sparks said on their website that you can modify the stock carb for larger motors. This is a cheaper way to upgrade withhout buying another carb. Just wondering if you guys know how to modify it. Thanks

Remove the choke. If you want anything more than that, replace it with a FCR or 450R carb.

I belive the carb can be bored, this could be the mod Sparks is talking about...
