New shocks

Ok guys I know ur gonna say go to the search tab and search it but, there was no threads there to ansewer my question. I cant really afford nice aftermarket shocks right now so i was thinking of getting 450r shocks. If i get 450r shocks can i put +2 A-arms, and will i have to get different tie rods and brake lines? I hope i asked everything. Thank you guys!
