Yesterday i followed a raptor home (a kid i used to ride with 24/7) and he was on a black topped road and i was doing 75 in my truck and he was pulling away!!!I sh*t my pants! i got up to 80 then i started gaining on him. All i know is that he has a pipe and jetted. I am not trying to start a flame by saying raptors go 80 or so,I am just telling you what my spedo read. oh yeah, my truck is a 1988 jeep comanche 4x4 (Yes, Jeep made trucks, from 86-92)

Dude that is disgusting. :( Plus u got some issues if u r still tryin to catch that Raptor with a big ole load of crap in your pants. Truly disgusting thats all i have to say.:eek:

any chance you have smaller tires? If your truck is 14 or 15 years old any chance your speedo is off?

with a pipe and filter the raptor becomes quite a bit more powerful and with a simple gearing change becomes extremely fast. my friend has one with a CT pipe and a filter and he went either 1 or 2 teeth up and his raptor is FAST! he checked that calculator thing that tells your top speed with your gearin ratio and stuff and it says aroun 98. he got pulled over by a cop on a trail for doin 68 in a 30mph zone and he was only in third gear.
