xr400 top speed?

Just a curious question, whats the stock xr400's top speed, and did they stop making the xr 400's?

dont take me to the bank on it, but im pretty sure they stopped making the xr 400.... the 400ex quads have the same motor and do around 70mph. so im guessing the xr 400 will do in between 70-75.

Id agree with the 75mph estimate.. and i actually saw one this weekend i was suprised..not really a sexy bike

although looks arent the sharpest on the xr400 they are awesome bikes. I rode my friends and fell in love with it. powerband is similar to the 400EX (basically same motor:p) but a lil different power curve, the motor is smooth but quite powerful. Its such an easy bike to ride and they are extremly fun. Maybe once im done schooling and move out ill have one:ermm: :)

I have a xr250r that will do 80 mph, I'd imagine a xr400 isn't too different. The 400 will have more torque and you prabably could gear it higher if you want to go faster. I really don't see why you would for woods riding.
