if you've got enough line run it to the front frame where it's cool, if you cant, id say anywhere theres safe room on the rear

You could try the subframe

kinda hard to see but mine is just clamped on the subframe just above the battery, it stay's out of harm's way pretty well.

if ther's room i'd put it right by the battery, stays out of harms way there.

Franky, you have your battery in your airbox so you should be able to choose just about anywhere you want to put it on ur subframe. Mount the shock up and figure out all the places the rezzy will reach, get air, and be protected.

What rear shock did you get?

Be careful if you put it by the battery, the chain goes up and down over there and if the rezzie line rubs it, you will have a problem.
