Am I the only one who can't stand flex fit hats? it seems like it's rare to find a snap-back or even a fitted hat for fox, shift, thor, etc now days. Also anyone know where a good place besides royal distributing for buying casual/apparel cheap in Canada?

flex fit BLOWS...and that seems to be about all you can buy anymore. Not very handy when you have a big melon.

Try Machine Racing , they might be able to get you something . You can also try Splash and Dirt , Quad Pro , Factory 91 .

There's not too much available in Ontario .

Also , most manufacturers ( Fox , Thor , Shift , etc) have all gone to Flex Fit hats . When I worked at Royal , we tried to get adjustable hats and anything that was available from the manufacturers already had been spoken for by different companies . We were lucky to get 50 adjustable hats for a season . :ermm:

You guys know that flex fit hats come in sizes from xs all the way to xl right??? You should go into the store and try on the flex fits and see what size flex fit fits you best.

i know! i have a couple flex fits and their not comfortable at all, i never wear them. i like the snap backs or fitted ones that actually fit without hugging your head to the point where it annoys you (EVEN the big ones)... i just prefer the other kind. Well, I'll have to keep a look out and snatch any snap backs i find.

like everyone else said, flex fits look so goofy and sit so tall on your head. You cant find any regular fitted hats anymore (besides flat billed). Thats about all i wear now are the DC flat billed hats. Maybe the manufatures will switch back to fitted when they realize people dont like the flex fit. I imagine the flex fit saves them money though, not having to produce so many hats in so many different sizes. It comes down to money though, which ever style hat makes more money they will stick with. Flex fit hats only came out about 3 or 4 years ago, so maybe they'll chnage.

yes its way easier for the manufacturer to make flex fit hats, but hopefully they will realize the flex-fits just aren't a hit with some people. i just plane dont like them. and also those net trucker hats fox sells, wayyyy too many. and i agree they look goofy!
